This year seems to be one where we needed to apply great TLC to old neglected spaces, but it was also a year that required, quick little replacements or repairs to make the ready to sell completed list. This bedroom, another 50 year tenant had occupied, and no care had been given down to the ancient carpeting.
Once all personal property of a "packratter" had been removed, we realized how large the space really was. The one room where we shoot the picture from had been a completely stocked library with shelving wall to wall. The nook back to the left, not yet seen, was the bed area. So, this space offered a great deal of personal leisure space. And is now being rented for 2018, in Camillus, NY!
